Look in spam or promotions: it comes from your agency’s address and is valid for 10 minutes.

Wait a minute and tap Resend; each time the wait is a little longer.

If you no longer have access to that email, tap «I have no access to that email» in the app: your agency will call the phone it has on file and can approve your phone.

Is the app not working? Write to us at support@cablancrm.com. Sent from the app (Settings), the message carries its diagnostic code, without personal data.
